Renting Apartments in High Season

Featured Replies

I was planning on arriving in Phuket in September and renting an apartment for 6 months, probably in the Chalong or Rawaii area. If I delay my arrival until November will I find it a lot harder to find something decent as it will be the high season. Looking to spend about 15,000 bhat a month on rent.

In my opinion it will be more difficult and more expensive. Those 2 months change a landlord's mind set.

you should be able to get a house/apartment for 15000 easy at any time of the year. Chao Fa apartments On the big Buddah Road are good value. Ive stayed there many times

Lvan, have you got a website address for Chao Fa Apartments. I did google it but not 100% sure the link I found was the same apartments you mentioned.
