I have a license but have never really on the road. just arrived CM and need to refresh my driving skills and learn the road signs. Anyone can recommend one? Thanks

despite many belief, chiang mai actually have a driving school, a fairly decent one, and english speaking instructors are available at a higher charges iirc.

i went to chang phuak driving school afew years back as i only have an auto license, nt a manual one. decent lesson with decent english conversation. lessons arent that primitive as some described in other threads, i seen prople practicing slalom, parallel parking and reverse maneuver although i did each only a couple times (had driving experiences)

it was at the area ariund siamrad hospital on superhighway

I actually got the license many years ago overseas, but didn't have chance to drive.

there are many, many driving schools here, some better than others. spoken English? don't know about that but anything's possible.

I would also be interested to hear of an English speaking instructor. Surely amongst all of TV's Chiang Mai members someone must know of one.
