Anyone heard something about a new aquatic centre + condominiums / villas supposed to open early next year? Said to be located East for the intersection Bypass/ Thepkasatri?

I got it told as a aquatic sports centre with some condominiums and some villas. This place seems more as a new villa project and they there are enough of from before. Anyway thanks for pointing out the place.

I should say. I was working at Heathrow and one of our dumb subcontractors parked a van such the push back tug couldn't get into position of 10 minutes. The parking fine is £60,000 per minute so a £600,000 fine 24,600,000 baht. I can't figure it out. If I saw a man sporting a beard in north Norway, I'd understand that it helps to keep one's face warm (a la polar bear fur etc). But in Thailand? Why? I tend to assume: If the man is bald, then they are self-conscious of this and trying an 'upsidedown' look.... they are hiding a receding chin they are simply too lazy to shave (this is 95% the real reason!)
