The Google Calendar:

"Simplify. Organize. (And relax.) Organizing your schedule shouldn't be a burden. That's why we've created Google Calendar – our free online shareable calendar service. With Google Calendar, it's easy to keep track of all your life's important events – birthdays, reunions, little league games, doctor's appointments – all in one place.

Using Google Calendar, you can add events and invitations effortlessly, share with friends and family (or keep things to yourself), and search across the web for events you might enjoy. It's organizing made easy."

Enjoy!

I really like Google's offerings, gmail, search, Google Earth, etc. But, I'm disappointed in the synchronization of this calendar. Yahoo calendar has an application that'll synchronize it with Outlook, but with Google so far you have to export to a .csv format and upload into Google calendar. Doesn't seem like it's possible to export the other way yet.

One nice feature is you can have different calendars that you can share with friends, so you could coordinate a trip or something, or you can share your entire calendar and give the address to anyone. Could be good for a club or something where they enter the bands that are playing certain nights and things like that.
