The Acrobats:- is a meditation practise a selfish looking after your own being? How does the practise of compassion and service to others come into it? Well, you can’t save the world, but looking after your self has a big impact on those around you.

Speaker is Pandit Bhikkhu – ordained Buddhist monk of 17 years living in Bangkok, and organiser of our Little Bangkok Sangha.

While you are here in Thailand explore a little about the Buddhist culture and teachings in a quiet, air-conditioned, and informal atmosphere. The talks aim to be light, informative, and easy to follow for anyone. And we should all learn to just sit with just ourselves breathing quietly for half an hour, even if it is tricky to do.

Schedule:

9:30 am gather at the Indus Restaurant meditation room

9:50 Dhamma Talk

10:30 group meditation

11:15 comments, closing

11:30 go for lunch, go home, or carry on your weekend in the best way you know!

Event is free of charge, and there is no need to book in advance – there is plenty of room.
