PARTY TIME!!!!

Thaivisa.com and Check Inn 99 will be celebrating Friday the 13th with a Party.

The party will be on the Friday the 13th of September at the Check Inn 99, On Sukhumvit Road, between Soi 5 and 7 directly opposite Landmark Hotel.
Doors open at 6:30 pm.

How to attend:

Just sign up in this thread! You can bring along one Partner, but not really kids to comply with Thai law. Please note that space is limited and we grant access on a first come first serve basis.

Admission fees for all parties will be:

100 Baht per member
100 Baht per partner

Your Ticket purchase entitles you to the following:

- A sumptuous buffet from 6:30pm to 8:30pm followed entertainment by the Music of the Heart band.
- Draught beer as long as it lasts (60 litres allocated)
- Soft drinks are free, other drinks (wine, spirits) can be purchased at the bar.
- Additional 1 litre Heineken Jugs of beer can be bought at the party at 199 Baht each.

maybe posting this on Facebook will drive more traffic and make people remember it better or create a facebook event about that, so people will remember it better than checking it on the forums

A great idea! Not sure if i'll be in Bangkok but will definitely go if I am.

Just a suggestion - give people name tags to wear - buy some plain white stickers and let them write their "TV" name. Some might need to preface them with "Don't hit me I'm "X" from Thai Visa".

I'll be there - just will happen to be in Bangkok at that time. Looking forward to meeting fellow Thaivisa folks.

Count me in and my lovely Thai lady. Will be good to put a face to a, errr, tag, so to speak.

This will have to be work permitting though, if a contract comes up I'll have to accept it. I haven't heard anything from them recently so I should be sweet.

(not yet for Whole lotta Rosie or Baby Please dont go) ... but they do Chrissy Amphletts Boys in Town (in School Uniform) - which i think is one of their best numbers,,, I will show them your clips and they might learn them
