avander
I don't wish to seem a sceptic but you say your service is free "for a limited time". Does this mean that should I get a free account now I may have to pay some time in the future (eg. Subscription based service)? OR, are you building a list of clients to base future marketing on OR something else? Can you please explain your marketing and pricing plans? Let me explain. It's absolutely nothing behind. 1. I won't sell client email to anybody. Never do and never will. 2. To be honest. First of all, I planned to launch paid version in a month after launching free version, but one of my admins had gone. It took time to find a new good admin. It is nothing like web server, vpn or anything. So, paid version has been postpone. 3. Free account lasts 30 days. Then your account will be expired but you can renew it for free. Since I don't collect any payment info from you, no way I can charge you right? Why can't I just set to forever? This way I can get rid of inactive account. 4. However, Everything is ready now. Paid version will launch next week. It costs $3/month. Free account will then lasts only 7 days and you can't renew it for free any more. Thanks for the explanation.

avander
Hi all, I just wanted to relate my experience with Trickbyte so far running on Android. It is now about 7 or 8 days since I got my account and tried to use it on 2 different Android tablets as below for about a week now. Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 GT-P7510 with os 4.0.4 Sumsung Galaxy Tab 2 GT-P5200 with 4.2.2. Until 2 days ago the guys at Trickbyte were really very helpful responding to my cries for help with possible solutions sometimes more than once a day. It has been the same problem since day 1. None of the proposed solutions have worked and I have not been able to use the internet with the Trickbyte config for DNS 1 or 2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 isnot 2 weeks old bought at MBK and I have not tinkered with the standard config. Internet setup at home is also almost new installed by TOT with 20Mbps fibre connection running through an NEC router and TPLINK 150 wireless modem all configured by TOT. Unfortunately, I only have my Android devices connected so can't comment on other OS. Trickbyte has not worked for me and their support has unfortunately now tailed off into disinterest. If it were me with a new product, I would be very keen to resolve ALL customer issues but hey, it's not me.

I care all users and I hope everyone can enjoy my service, If not, at least I need to know why. I see your config. It's all correct. Nothing's wrong with your setting. Since I can't reproduce same error here. So, it's hard to investigate myself on my end. That's why I keep asking you to test. You have tested everything, only one thing left is your network. That's why I asked you to try to use other network, for example coffee shop, internet in your workplace or public wifi. If you can at least get online with other network with our dns on. Then there is something wrong in your router or your isp. Maybe your router has set another dns on it. Then it's override our dns in your devices. I have TOT too with 10mb adsl. It's working fine for me. I'm not sure fibre one is the same thing.

DavidMavec
I'd like to see Comcast offered but understand there may not be a huge demand from others. comcast is not free and may not be so much demand from user. However, I'll consider it again. I was wondering if I wanted to use your service to access Netflix on my iPhone would I need to have a jailbroken phone? Netflix is not available for download on the Thailand Apple App Store. Thanks in advance for your response. I am considering subscribing to your service so I want to know this information before hand. You can do that by signing up new apple id with US or Uk region. You have to use another email address to sign up. This is a quick step. 1. open itune on your pc and sign out from any apple account you may have. 2. change country to us or uk by go to store--> home and schroll down to the bottom, you will see a flag. Click on it. 3. Sign up for new apple id as you normally do. No credit card required. 4. Go to your apple device and sign out. 5. Sign in with your new us/uk id. 6. tab on app store. You should now be able to find Netflix and Hulu. 7. After you have installed any preferred app. You can sign out and go back to your actual account. All netflix, hulu app will stay with you. We have 7 Netflix regions for you. USA, UK, Ireland, Brazil, Canada, Sweden and Mexico Norway and Denmark are coming soon. Thank you for trying Trickbyte I cannot do this as iTunes requires me to enter a credit card. Could you confirm this is true?

Then it will not require you to enter payment details. Google for the correct procedure. If you follow the above steps it will ask you for payment details. If you have a VPN, set it to the country required and you will automatically redirected to the correct country. As said, do not sign up right away. First select a free app, then it will ask you to login or create a new account without being asked for payment details. muratremix
I've tried other dns spoof services with UK dns. Because TOT has direct pop to UK, it works better than USA. I figured out this is the IP for netflix UK: ipv4_1.lagg0.c051.lhr001.ix.nflxvideo.net I can stream 2350Kbit/s hd without problems so far. 720p hd works fine with this bitrate. I saw 4Mbit/s avg speed on windows resource monitor. muratremix
The reason UK Netflix works better than US one is again TOT's amazingly stupid routing. ipv4_1.lagg0.c034.dfw001.ix.nflxvideo.net (US server) is routed via London, UK. From TOT: root@DD-WRT:~# traceroute ipv4_1.lagg0.c034.dfw001.ix.nflxvideo.nettraceroute to ipv4_1.lagg0.c034.dfw001.ix.nflxvideo.net (198.45.55.143), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets 1 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1) 0.359 ms 0.055 ms 0.279 ms 2 node-yrl.pool-101-51.dynamic.totbb.net (101.51.176.1) 7.235 ms 6.376 ms 6.284 ms 3 172.17.10.25 (172.17.10.25) 8.801 ms 14.083 ms 24.611 ms 4 172.17.10.146 (172.17.10.146) 17.751 ms 14.680 ms 15.280 ms 5 10.8.8.1 (10.8.8.1) 16.188 ms 15.754 ms 15.982 ms 6 10.231.2.205 (10.231.2.205) 19.104 ms 10.231.2.209 (10.231.2.209) 21.426 ms 10.231.2.205 (10.231.2.205) 29.061 ms 7 10.231.2.110 (10.231.2.110) 28.061 ms 27.642 ms 27.007 ms 8 10.227.255.201 (10.227.255.201) 19.155 ms 10.227.255.209 (10.227.255.209) 31.292 ms 29.555 ms 9 * * *10 10.227.53.225 (10.227.53.225) 22.995 ms 22.648 ms 27.364 ms11 hundred-gi-0-7-0-1.cwt-gw-01.totisp.net (203.114.118.138) 24.054 ms 24.493 ms 24.141 ms12 ten-gi-0-0-0-3.cwt-core-01.totiig.net (203.190.251.109) 30.416 ms ten-gi-0-0-0-5.cwt-core-01.totiig.net (203.190.251.117) 24.065 ms 33.928 ms13 ten-gi-0-2-0-0.hyi-core-01.totiig.net (180.180.255.86) 36.866 ms 37.550 ms 37.205 ms14 * * *15 ldn-b3-link.telia.net (80.239.161.93) 244.629 ms 246.448 ms 244.857 ms16 ldn-bb1-link.telia.net (80.91.247.91) 307.905 ms ldn-bb1-link.telia.net (80.91.246.96) 242.032 ms ldn-bb1-link.telia.net (213.155.136.74) 238.235 ms17 ash-bb4-link.telia.net (80.91.252.103) 315.070 ms ash-bb3-link.telia.net (80.91.249.101) 315.505 ms 318.474 ms18 dls-bb1-link.telia.net (213.155.135.3) 358.102 ms dls-bb1-link.telia.net (213.155.133.179) 350.126 ms dls-bb1-link.telia.net (213.155.130.69) 343.508 ms19 netflix-ic-300348-dls-bb1.c.telia.net (213.248.78.34) 424.216 ms 411.499 ms 421.977 ms20 ipv4_1.lagg0.c034.dfw001.ix.nflxvideo.net (198.45.55.143) 346.177 ms 349.864 ms 357.541 ms From True Online -- US direct traceroute to ipv4_1.lagg0.c034.dfw001.ix.nflxvideo.net (198.45.55.143), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets 1 www.asusnetwork.net (192.168.2.1) 0.389 ms 0.287 ms 0.233 ms 2 10.22.96.1 (10.22.96.1) 7.716 ms 5.985 ms 7.418 ms 3 10.92.224.249 (10.92.224.249) 8.429 ms 10.829 ms 7.292 ms 4 119-46-119-58.static.asianet.co.th (119.46.119.58) 9.186 ms 119-46-119-14.static.asianet.co.th (119.46.119.14) 7.706 ms 8.608 ms 5 119-46-119-13.static.asianet.co.th (119.46.119.13) 10.341 ms 119-46-119-57.static.asianet.co.th (119.46.119.57) 16.080 ms 119-46-119-13.static.asianet.co.th (119.46.119.13) 7.745 ms 6 61-91-213-225.static.asianet.co.th (61.91.213.225) 7.454 ms 11.164 ms 7.531 ms 7 61-91-213-36.static.asianet.co.th (61.91.213.36) 9.363 ms 11.676 ms 7.151 ms 8 61-91-210-5.static.asianet.co.th (61.91.210.5) 7.994 ms 8.803 ms 9.498 ms 9 61.19.15.105 (61.19.15.105) 11.322 ms 8.614 ms 8.778 ms10 61.19.7.245 (61.19.7.245) 9.225 ms 7.792 ms 8.323 ms11 61.19.7.130 (61.19.7.130) 9.730 ms 61.19.7.122 (61.19.7.122) 11.654 ms 11.110 ms12 61.19.9.202 (61.19.9.202) 211.979 ms 209.051 ms 207.942 ms13 v219.core1.lax2.he.net (72.52.108.225) 226.300 ms 214.738 ms 220.962 ms14 10ge2-3.core1.phx2.he.net (184.105.222.85) 221.981 ms 221.937 ms 222.640 ms15 10ge5-3.core1.dal1.he.net (184.105.222.78) 248.930 ms 259.533 ms 245.548 ms16 * * *17 ipv4_1.lagg0.c034.dfw001.ix.nflxvideo.net (198.45.55.143) 251.829 ms 251.502 ms 249.444 ms

CWMcMurray
Have signed up and set up my ITV and the instructions and sign up process was super clear and easy on the website... Signed in to my Hulu plus account and started watching It is working much better than air parrot app, although does seem to stop every few minutes for 10-20 seconds.. Which is a bit annoying . Not sure if any way to fix this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
CWMcMurray
Any updates? I only see 2 dns in free trial, one usa and one germany. does it work with True online? I can't test it as I'm at village using TOT (it works fine with tot). True has transparent proxy on. Some of our supported sites may not work. Even it works now it may won't work in the future. TOT is perfect. I am very interested in a solution for Apple TV ... I hav a US Hulu plus account and have solution for lap top but currently only thing I can find for transmitting from Laptop to ITV is air parrot , which does not work well at all... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk We support Hulu plus on apple tv. Sign up for our 14-day free trial to watch it now.Don't forget, after you set up Trickbyte dns on apple tv. Unplug your apple tv for 5-10 secs and plug in back. I didn't unplug the ITV for 5-10 sec and re-plug it back in... As the US apps just popped up after setting up the settings for US ... Would that have any effect or do you just advise to do this to ensure the ITV will re-boot and the US apps will come up? CWMcMurray
Home from work and turned on Hulu to check it out and so far looking good... Stopped a couple times for a few seconds but a million times better than yesterday. If maintaining like this, will happily be signing up for paid account once the free time is up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

CWMcMurray
Ok to test... Switched to PBS on ITV and watching antique roadshow... 15 min into the show and never a single stop for buffering... Wondering if it is a HULU issue? May need to start a Netflix 2 week free membership to see if any better than Hulu Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
muratremix
Have been talking with him via PM ... Also confirm that is working but with some buffering Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Buffering is not TB's problem. However if your internet can't even stream lowest 235kbit/s stream from netflix, well, you should change your ISP.
