Where to buy orange oil?

Featured Replies

has anyone seen orange oil (essential oil) for sale? i would think it must be available somewhere but haven't seen it. thanks for your help.

You name it you can get, from orange to coffee to chocolate to grass to sticky toffee pudding....but many are volumised with chemicals to create the smells.

In C.M you can get the essential oil (ie 100% pure) from the likes of spana next door to cm saloon or herb basics down thapae rd or propokklau.

orange oil is imported so it will be expensive upwards of 250bht for 100mls but will last a long time if burning in oil burners.

My advice for the oil burners is to buy the chemical copies, they are perfect for burners, just dont take a strong sniff in the bottles otherwise you will get light headed.

You can get anything chemical from 2 places on mahidol road (united chemical and trading co on the right hand carriageway if driving from airport plaza....and forget the name of the other on the left side)

They do sell the pure oil of certain things available in thailand llike ylang ylang but expensive, the copies around 35-75bt for 60ml bottles.

If you want to make an aroma massage oil, then its got to be 100% essential oil, dont even think of using chemical oils they blather all over you at the cheap massage shops and sell you on the markets.

if you need further advice pm me

Driving away from Airport Plaza heading north or heading east? How far from Airport Plaza?

thanks CH; the name escaped me, but went there a couple days ago,

world chemical along the mahidol road with plaza behind you about 800m or so on the left. At world chemical they tend to sell aromas from flowers and fruit but mainly copies of those expensive perfumes!.

if you drive past, no worried, continue to the u-turn and come back and united chemical is about 400m along, orange coloured facade.

this is the place i favour, they sell some imitation oils and some genuine expensive oils.

The Royal Project shop at the University has Orange Essential oil.

Thanks for the directions to the chemical shops.
