I come here on a tourist visa but like to get any non immigrant visa.

I am the owner of a condorminium and have a son whit my thai wife.

I am under 50 years ols so what is the most easy and best way.

So if I Bring my bank book whit 400.000 on it to the immigration I can aply for a extension from 12 months.

I am not merried for the law but my child is register on my name is that also enough?

Since you have not registered your marriage you are not considered the legal father of your child which means you cannot get a 1 year extension at immigration or a multiple entry O visa. You must legitimize your parenthood via a Thai court or at Amphoe if child is 7 years old or more.

You can get a 60 day extension at immigration or a single entry non-o visa at a embassy or consulate.

As said, you are not Married. So cannot get any extension based on that.

They 60 days I didn't know so I will ask them when I go there for 60 day's, howe much are the cost for that ?

My son have a german pasport he owns my name and his mother sined all the documents.

The cost for any extension of stay is 1900 baht.

You can not get 1 year extension unless you legitimize your son.

Your son is here as a Thai national right? Listed on (blue book) home register? That is the basis for 60 day extensions.
