My 90 day visa is about to run out. I'm in chiang Mai. If I go to Mae sai will I get an extra 90 days. Or do I have to fly out

If you have a multiple entry non-O you will get 90 days by land or air if used before it's expire date.

If you don't have a multi entry you will get 30 days by air and 15 days by land.
