August 24, 201312 yr BANGKOK, 23 August 2013: Bangkok Airways will introduce a new service between Bangkok and Myanmar’s capital Nay Pyi Taw, 30 September. Airline president, Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, said it was the airline’s priority to cover the three key cities of Myanmar this year. The airline already serves Yangon with three daily flights from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport). Frequency will increase to four flights daily starting, 27 October this year. A service to Mandalay will commence, 15 September, with four flights weekly. A Nay Pyi Taw service starts 30 September with just three flights weekly.
