Return Flights From Chiang Mai To Kl Or Singapore

I need to fly from Chiang my to either KL or Singapore for a visa before the 8th May. Which destination is the cheapest? Also which airline is the cheapest to that destination.

Any other good ways of doing this cheaply?

Far as i can see its approx 8000 baht return for the first week of May.

(Unless you meant one way?)

Edit...........just had another look.........can get it down to 5k return by arriving late into Singapore and coming back at night but still cannot find 3k return fare.
