Sometimes the camera's are a good thing. The police knew who the boston marathon bombers were within 20 minuets by having a camera at the scene and checked back to see who was near before the bombs went off. Then they looked at all the business cameras and traced them to the train station and the cameras at the station told them where they got on the train and the police knew every step they took by looking back.

I am not for cameras looking at private homes but I feel it is ok on any public highway or airport or government controlled property

in USA security cameras are a way of life. They do not prevent crime but they help solve crime

I also think cameras help solve crime but I think having about 100 cameras in Lumpini Park may be a bit of over kill

It will be interesting to see if the security staff is reduced
