Had this issue today. The fix for this is to do a factory reset and re-scan the channels.

1.) Go to Settings

2.) Scroll down to factory reset.

3.) Enter Pin 0000, then hit OK

4.) Box will reset in Thai Language, scroll down to bottom entry, hit the red button to scan.

5.) When scan is complete, hit exit and voila - you have your channels back.

Whatever you do, don't do this if you're using cable TV.

Number 4; no option to scroll down, just a black screen with one Thai word in the middle.

I did this with cable and have lost everything. Anyone got any ideas?
