Thai Word For "Grass"

Is there a Thai word for a grass? Not grass as in lawn, grass as in a person that tells on other people...

I would translate this:

a person, usually a criminal, who tells the police about other criminals' activities

as:

สาย(ลับ)ตำรวจ

which means an (secret) informant for the police. I mostly hear it without "ลับ"

Grass is synonymous with being an informant; one of a criminal persuasion who chooses to divulge information about other criminals or criminal intent to law enforcement.

I would not recommend that the OP uses this term to anyone unless he is willing to physically back it up or has the evidence to back it up if aimed at another....

I use khee fong ขี้ฟ้อง a lot in the classroom when some kid is trying to grass up a classmate quietly playing on his phone.
