I use Ulead Video Studio or Cyberlink Power Director . Found the Ulead simpler and better to use . Cyberlink has better transitions .

I agree with rcm. I mentioned Pinnacle Studio 9 but it is so top heavy you need a lot of horsepower to run it. I just recently got a copy of ULEAD DVD Movie Factory 4.0 and it really operates well without the high computer needs.
