A couple of times a month I like to go to a decent Hotel for a Breakfast Buffet, however I absolutely hate standing around like Oliver Twist while the "Chef" cooks me a couple of fried or scrambled eggs.

Does anyone know an Hotel in Central Bangkok which has "ready to eat" fried eggs and scrambled eggs on a hotplate or similar?

You are probably not going to find that in a decent hotel.

Personally, I am not a big fan of fried eggs sitting in oil for an hour or scrambled eggs coagulating into concrete.......

No reason to be standing around like Oliver. The waitress or at the very least, the chef, should be telling you to take a seat and they'll be brought over to you...

Nothing worse - as hanno said - then eating eggs that have sat on a hot plate or in a warming device for an hour...

The same goes for coffee...

Bossotel inn at Riverside,does a really good buffet breakfast.also cooks eggs made to order.Check it out.They do have a website.

The grand sheraton sukhumvit has the absolutely best breakfast buffet that has ever existed in the history of mankind.

A slice of cold, congealed scrambled eggs and rubber eggs not your thing? Mine either. I like em runny
