Looking for excellent graphic designer

I am looking to create a new brand and need a really creative designer to put my ideas down into the design or to be independent enough to create designs for me. This is for a F&B business.

Money is not an issue, happy to pay whatever you charge in accordance to market rates. Happy to work with Thai designers as I speak fluent Thai.

I have a string of design works (10 jobs) ready for the correct candidate. I have had my fair share of designers that cannot take constructive criticisms from a client, designers that cannot meet time lines proposed by themselves. If you tell me 3 days, that is what I expect for the design to be out.
