September 14, 201312 yr So the clerk at 711 was helping me topup my True brand sim card and instead of dialing *123 he dialed *456. The latter adds money to your True Money account connected to your sell phone. Because all of the literature True provides is only in Thai (??) I have no way of knowing how to spend the money. Can someone tell me what my options are in order to spend the money, or better yet to transfer the money out so I can use it as phone and data credits?
September 17, 201312 yr In case your "True brand sim card" is of the kind named "True Move H" and your undisclosed smartphone has features similar to mine, the following might help. Otherwise nothing of the following might apply: Starting from point zero - i.e you've got the True Move H sim and the smartphone - and you want some sort of package, the procedure goes like this: 1) Insert the sim-card. This will provide you with a list of True contact numbers and some welcome SMS's including one that tells you how to change preferred language to English. (doesn't seem to work for messages, but service calls are thereafter met by English reply). 2) Top up your card in whichever way you prefer - 7/11, online bank, etc. 3) Go to the contacts mentioned in 1) and (optionally) tap 'Checkpro' to see what you're on. 4) If not on something you want to be on - tap "Changepro" and listen to the options of plans to change to and make your choise as per instructions. You can't change to a plan that isn't covered by your undisclosed topup amount, but otherwise you should be okay.

If this does not work try ringing them they can change it over for you it depends on how much it was for whether it is worth the trouble
