Might help if you tell what area, and what language.

Many visa agents/translation agent will be willing to help you. As long as you pay in advance by ATM.

But area does not matter if via email right ?

Also, it would be helpful to add more to this, like if the documents are legal, medical, for business, etc. Big translation companies should be able to handle anything, but freelancers are often specialized. Ethical ones will only take jobs they can really take, so they need to know this. Also, don't forget about the quantity and the deadline.

no deadline, not a rushed job and only 3 to 4 pages of simple translation, not technical, not business etc.
