Lucie
It's so nice that the emphasis is on the threats to Bangkok. Pretty much the whole of Ubon city was under water yesterday - I spent the morning lifting furniture onto tables etc, then the afternoon cleaning the debris and stink out of my kitchen. Many of my neighbours had it worse. But the news just mentions Ubon as likely to get a lot of rain in the next couple of days. Does anyone in the government KNOW that other areas have already flooded?
davejones
Big floods in Surin as well. A few feet deep in some areas. Not much on the news about all this flooding.

khaowong1
Well, they may expect only light rains in Bangkok, but here in Lopburi we've had some major rain storms. Flooding everywhere.
lapd
Do they have hundreds of boats on standby to 'push' the water down the Chao Phrya faster like last time? That was a brilliant plan...Ha! Edited September 20, 2013 by lapd

bubbadaguy
map with dots is, indeed, too much to ask... it requires "commitment" which can only backfire.
