PATTAYA:--Cash and Gold stored in a Safe were stolen from an East Pattaya house on Monday.

Khun Mondree aged 38 is a food vendor at a market in Soi Potisan in Naklua and was in the process of moving out. He had moved the majority of his items and was already sleeping in the new house leaving the old house unoccupied.

His Safe was still in the old house and on Monday it is thought that at-least 2 people broke-into the property in Soi Sukhumvit 69 at the Villa Park Village and took the Safe which contained 70,000 Baht in cash and 60,000 Baht’s worth of gold.

Neighbors noticed the front gate and front door to the house were open and called Khun Mondree who soon arrived to deal with the incident.
