The Multi-Choice Test for Driving Licence

I saw that most of the questions applied to cars, with pictures. Of course an intending motorcycle driver would need to know many, but there are no motorbike specific questions and I believe there should be, especially as now the same test is used for both vehicles.

I have little imagination, so leave it to the very talented wags on ThaiVisa to offer appropriate questions.

the test is plain fun. my golden tip: at the end of the test, if you fail the first time -which i did- make sure you RE-check your wrong (and good) answers, write them down, and go for the 2nd chance. and remember: the test is SANOOK so no need to get stressed up ...

Question 4: How much do you slip the BIBs?

A) 100 baht

cool.png 200 baht

C) 300 baht

D) 500 baht

The smiley is B and ) - but it's appropriate - should be on every test so that stupid farangs can know the answer.

of course all answers are wrong. You checkmark non of them and put a 100 Baht note between the papers.

They should make a test that reflects reality. Here are a few sample questions

1) When driving down the wrong side of the road

a) it is best to be talking on a cell phone

B) make sure all three of the kids on the back have plenty of food in their hands

c) have a few shots of whiskey to handle the stress of driving

d) keep an eye out for pedestrians and oncoming traffic

2) When over passing on the right hand side

a) use your turn signal to alert traffic

B) accelerate as quickly as possible and cut in at the last second

c) pay no attention to cyclists or pedestrians

d) all of the above

3) The white lines on the ground commonly referred to as a zebra crossing are

a) to make the roads look cool

B) a warning that people sometimes cross the street in this area

c) show its safe to overtake blindly

d) what lines?

There's one question that says what should you do if you are tired, one of the unforgettable choice is (honestly):

-> Take Amphetamines

I kid you not

Isn't that the right answer........laugh.png

I am on my third one year and, touch wood, never been asked to take it so far.

question 3 is silly.

It is so obvious....As there are no zebras in Bangkok, you can of course ignore the zebra stripes on the street. No zebra ever crossed the streets here.

In The Picture, What is the danger attachicon.gifwot.jpg

1. The driver is watching his speed while on the telephone.

2. Another passenger should be seated in front of the driver.

3. Wearing Red Helmets.

4. The driver is using a Nokia

Trick question! The danger is the person leaning out their window to take the photo.

Battery Flat, no Lights on the Camera,Thai Style.

Ran across this by chance. I am guessing you are taking this test so you can get a Thai driver's license. What government building must one go to to take this test? I'm on Koh Samui.
