If you want to post a new topic in a specific forum you have to be in that forum allready. Click on forums from the menu then select the forum you want to post in from that list then go from there as you did here.

Not sure what you mean really, but an Archived topics are archived and cannot be edited or replied to.

Open a new topic in the subforum it belongs to if you have additional content to post.

Hello Addonvalue, could you now please explain to me how to start a new topic?

Even from inside a forum, I don't seem to be able to find the "Post New Topic" button. I have seen it and used it before, but I have no idea how I got to that point.

Similar to what you say about yourself, I am pretty slow at getting around these forums, so if you could give me very detailed instructions how you found that "Post New Topic" option, I would appreciate it.

I am also unclear about how to find the "Post New Topic" Button. I see "View New Content" and "Help" "Quick Navigation" and "Add Reply" Buttons clearly displayed on all Fourm Topics. But i don't see any "Post New Topic" Buttons anywhere. Can someone say exactly where to find it instead of posting links? Thanks to all.

Start New Topic is only available from the forum view, not within a topic itself, top right of the screen

Got to the subforum where you want to post your new topic, for example General topics,

Now you can see the button "Start new topic".

I am also a Newbie, I cannot see how you start a new topic either.

Have you got to be a member for a time before they let you post a topic!
