Man shot dead in domestic dispute by Sister-in-Law after fight with his wife in East Pattaya

Police were called to a Shop-house in the Pong area of East Pattaya just before 4.30am on Wednesday to deal with a fatal shooting.

At the location was the body of Khun Sayan aged 42. He had been shot in his head reportedly by his Sister-in-Law, who was angry about an earlier physical confrontation with her Sister, Khun Sayan’s wife.

The alleged murder weapon, a 38 caliber pistol was seized by Police and the murder suspect, Khun Kanita aged 29 was arrested and taken to the Police Station.

A friend of the victim explained that the family worked at a local Funfair and when they returned to their home, a fight broke out between the victim, Khun Sayan, and his wife. The Sister-in-Law and friend broke the pair up and Khun Sayan remained on the ground floor and ate some food with his friend while his wife and Sister-in-Law made their way to the 2nd floor.
