circumferential tummy tuck lower body lift in Thailand

Hi,

I have searched extensively on this forum but there are no recent reports of anyone having tummy tuck or even lower body lift. Anyone, care to share experiences - positive or negative. Most of the hospitals that I have googled in Thailand talk about just tummy tuck or extended tummy tuck at best. I am looking for circumferential tummy tuck (360 degrees, all the way around) .. and then liposuction on butt, back of thighs, inner thighs .. down to the back of the knee.

The only thai doctor talking about this kind of procedure is dr chartchai and Thai medical tourism companies.

I have heard bad things about Yanhee and bumrungrad but open to going there

Thanks and even more thanks in advance for staying on topic

P.s: I am open to other countries too (like esp Brazil, Costa Rica as long as the surgeon is a specialist in this kind of procedure)

Most of the hosp[itals do cirumferential abdominal lipo, but I don't think any reputable place, anywhere, wioll do that + thighs all the way donw to knees.

Lipsuction is not an obesity treatment and if there is excess fat in that many different places you almost certainly need to lose weight. Lipo is used when fat tends to collect in a specific location while the rest of the body is looking fine. It is best done after first attaining normal body weight.

Thanks, can you tell me of some of the reputable hospitals that do circumferential tummy tuck (CTT=? (You have mentioned circumferential lipo - I am looking for circumferential tummy tuck). The lipo I have mentioned is secondary and good to have but if not possible at the same time as CTT

Any hospital has the facilities for this, issue is to select the right surgeon, and whether the surgeon agrees with what you want done and thinks you are a good candidate for it (Again, it really sounds like you need to first lose weight).

I suggest you contact Yanhee and provide photos, they will do a virtual consult via email free of charge and tell you estimated cost etc.

A "Circumferential Abdominoplasty" or a "Belt Lipectomy" is major surgery and not something to be seeking unless it has been advised by a competent medical practitioner.

Even if such advice has been given a second opinion would , given the major nature of the surgery, be strongly advised .

This procedure is extensive and involves much more than liposuction !

Weight loss is of course the first and safest option associated with achieving a desirable body outline !

why can't people stay on topic .. bah.gif

not looking for motherly advice nor am I contemplating the pros and cons ... otherwise I would have said 'I am think of getting xyz procedure .. has anyone had it done and can let me know if it is good or not

over on realself tummy tuck and body lift have a satisfaction rating of around 98% compared to 70% for liposuction. WOAH .. that does not open the gate on this topic to explain to me the differences between the two. I have spent 3-4 years researching the topic and already had 3 lipo procedures .. it was a waste of money because the issue is lose skin not necessarily "fattness". I am at about 18% BF (tested using many methods) and my bmi is 28 ... for people that understand what it means .. it means I am super muscly (I am a body builder) and actually very athletic. None of this resolves skin issues and fat cells left over from when I was obese as a teenager

just looking for surgeon/hospital recommendations ... not for a sermon thumbsup.gif

No one here gives "motherly advise" !

Just "good advise"

The reality is that few, if any, Thai surgeons will have experience of the surgery you seek.

In case you have not noticed Thailand is not populated by obese people with "excess skin" who would need this kind of extensive surgery !

Best you just contact all the hospitals/surgeons yourself and ask the question !

Start by contacting the Bumrungrad International Hospital‎ in Bangkok. They have a web site which you can Google.

Its an open forum.. if you don't like that then don't post here that is the way it goes, not the other way around.

The people giving their opinions are valid as is your desire to want what you want. In the end its your body and your risk.

I am with the others.. first weight loss then the rest.

If you don't change your lifestyle (what led to your overweight) this procedure is pointless as you will gain the fat right back.

With a BMI of 28 and a lot of muscle he may not need to lose weight. Apparently he was obese in the past and now has a lot of loose skin.

A virtual consult with yanhee, sneding plenty of photos taken from different angles, would be a good place to start.

Yes, i saw that and 18 percent though still far from ripped is certainly not obese. My mistake.

i just had breast lift in Bangkok, 2weeks ago, Yoskarn Clinic, i think my breast is healing well but i still see some bruising.. I was referred by a friend who did breast lift, abdominal liposuction and thigh lift, not necessarily the same procedure that you are considering, but you can check the clinic out. The surgeon is Dr. Kunachak, and he is quite thorough with his explanation. You can send them an email and see what they have to say about your case.

so my search in Thailand was a dead-end .. no one in Thailand is truly qualified for such operations. Even the ones that had a price quoted on their website (some of the big names do I think) were quoting pretty much the same price +/- 20% (about $8,000USD) as a super specialist in USA who has written books on the topic + lectures and 100s of +ve reviews on websites. So the decision is clear .. need to go to US to get it right. Sure the after-care prices will be a killer wacko.png but atleast I know I will be operated on a specialist who is transparent and well reviewed (as opposed to surgeons in Thailand that are no names or have absolutely no REAL reviews). Then I will come to Thailand once 6 weeks have passed after the operation to holiday....

Incase you haven't noticed, it is not the thai that frequent gogo bars and working girls - that does not stop thailand and thais from offering the service wai2.gif and being the best in the world at it!
