I have been citi bank customer for over 10 years and would not trust anything this banks offers.

I had filed more complaints than I can count with the ombudsman over the years and yet the continue their practice.

Before anyone says anything, I did cancel the accounts 3 times and all 3 times, they did not close it.

I am puzzled at how and why they still in business when amount of complaints is enormous , just google it
