Went today to the Chaeng Wattana Immigration office for a Re-Entry permit.. I got a comment form (attached images) after I handed my application and passport.. When I went last month I was not handed any of these so I guess it must be something new.. :>

It seems to be the norm now whatever you are applying for at CW.

I guess they are wanting to keep their standards up, which are very good anyway.
