How come I never got Stomach sick in Thailand

Ive traveled in Northern Africa. and many other places. The Food was delicious, but Sometimes I got stomach sick and headaches. I dare to try many things and dishes.

3-4 times. One was from poor drunk fish ball seller guy, outside my apartment. 2 times when I tried local fried chicken, I never learned from my mistake. "2nd Time I learned for life"

Woow what a stomach pain. anyway my point is: Ive been eating a lot: Isaan-style raw spicy pork meat, bugs, street food, som-tam, snake eggs. local market sushi without fridge or fan. WHY?

That's true about the ice. It pays to soak it in alcohol before consumption. For medicinal purposes of course.w00t.gif

Had a week in Pattaya eating all sorts. After our last round of golf, they only had spring rolls and french fries left in the "restaurant". All of us who had the spring rolls ended up like Amstrad liquidisers for 24 hours.

I can guess what they did, it's just poor food hygiene. If everything is cooked properly, you won't have a problem.
