Pattaya Police Station fails snap inspection from new regional commander

the inside of the cells are maintained by a few long term prisoners, mostly ladyboys, who get free yaabaa in return for selling it to the inmates. a policeman drops off the yaabaa and collects the money from sales every evening. thats the only time they normally enter the cells. at least thats the way it was a couple of years ago.

Gee, so many posts in this thread with an amazing, apparently first-hand insight into the workings of the police and the operation of the police station.

I can't imagine how anyone, much less a respectable visitor to Thailand, would know who cleans the cells, their sexual orientation, their drug dealing routines, etc, but of course it must be true or else such a defamatory statement might be considered libelous under the law.

The red eyes may be from starting the snap inspection at midnight.....or from missing OUT on last nights whiskey due to said snap inspection.
