Are there any quality-construction condos out there?

Hello,

I've been living in bangkok for a while and staying in so called "class a" condos (aka modern buildings near bts/mrt stations). They are good looking and modern, however when living inside, it's another story. The main issue here is soundproof pitfalls. It starts first with cheap windows that don't prevent noise nor heat from coming in. Other soundproof defect is We can hear very easily what our neighbors are watching or talking about. If they take a shower or if they cough...

In brief, I never found any quality construction condos like in the West, where you don't need to live in a house to feel at home. I was wondering if you knew any building developers that focus on quality construction for condos.
