sceadugenga
My dog had a serious reaction to recent anti-rabies shots and was very ill for a couple of weeks. I thought it may have been a one off but last night I heard that a friend's dog had died recently within hours of the shots. We usually use a local vet who comes to your house so whether it was a bad batch of vaccine or a procedure fault I don't know. I do know my dog is going into the dog hospital in Chiang Rai for his inoculations next year.
uptheos
Does your dogs vaccination card have the batch number on it?
sceadugenga
I can't find it Os, the Mrs has put it away somewhere but, no, I don't think it has.
DonaldBattles
I am told that there are a lot of scam vets in Chiang Rai. I rather pay a little more with less risk. Also some scam accountants.
sceadugenga
It's one of the things that I've left to the Mrs, Don, the dog has been getting the shots from the same source for 7 or 8 years now without a problem. The guy they use is a local and definitely not a scammer, I suspect that the larger part of his practice would be farm animals though.
