Is there anyone who is flying from Thailand to London around the 6th to 10th of November who would be willing to accompany my two dogs during the flight?

No costs or organisation involved but money tight and not sure if will have enough to cargo them

Believe that only the registered owner of the dogs is permitted to take them out of the country. A friend of mine was obliged to travel recently to Manila since he was the registered owner of his wife's dog so he was obliged to travel with the animal. A very expensive exercise!

Thanks for the info but I am sure that some of the charities do the same and according to DEFRA's website you can name someone to travel with the dogs.

Maybe some airlines won't allow it.
