Visa Exemption

Hi, just a short question. Currently on the 30 day Visa Exemption in Thailand. Leaving next week for a short trip to Singapore. Will arrive back in Bangkok on the same day I leave, will this be a problem to get a new Visa Exemption? Greetings Arne

Departing and returning the same day will not affect your 30 day visa waiver. If you qualified for the 30 day visa waiver on a previous entry, then when you re-enter Thailand on the same day you will be granted 30 day stay. The only possible issue is that upon check-in for your return to Thailand the airline may want to see a ticket out of Thailand within 30 days.

You will receive a further 30 days visa exempt on your return to Thailand by air or 15 days if overland.
