British Embassy Website Down?

Featured Replies

Anyone else have problems logging on to http://www.britishembassy.gov.uk, or is it just me?

Anyone know what the problem is? server down or site moved?

Cheers

Not just you, won't work for me either :o

The links from the FCO website still point to this server, looks like it's broken rather than moved.

No problems at 15.00 today. I can open the site and every link

Working for me as well!

Hmmm, worrying, it still gives an error for me :o

'spose it could be my ISP (KSC), I'll try from the office later (True).

???

I'm on TOT ADSL and still nada. Hardly a site an ISP would want to block, so what's the problem?

I'm in Jomtien and I use TOT ADSL also and I have immediate access to the site and all of the links. I'm at a loss as to what your problem can be.

There's another thread going, the OP can't access pattayamail.com or lonelyplanet.com, I can access both no problem.

Looks like there's a nameserver problem somewhere, hopefully transient in nature :o

Website is now accessible to me, looks like it was an ISP related problem.
