I have a question folks, if one applicant pass the initial one to one interview stage, and goes next to the 15 min demo and panel interview, what are the chances of being hired?

Having worked for a school that did their interviews this way, I would say that if you pass the initial one your chances are pretty good. There are so many schools in desparate need of teachers that many will hire you even if you don't have all the qualifications they specify in their ads. Make yourself presentable, put on a smile and just relax and there should be no problems. Of course, do make sure you ask the necessary questions as it could save you A LOT of trouble later on. Check on ajarn.com or do a search through this site as "Ijustwannateach" posted some excellent criteria for finding out what's in store at a particular school. Good luck!

Where? What job? What circumstances?

One secondary school and one college. Both are teaching positions. Passed the initial interview and goes next to the 15 mins demo and panel interview. I am asking about the chances of being hired.

In one case that I'm familiar with, the 2nd interview narrowed the prospects down to 3 or 4 people competing for 1 or 2 jobs. So the chances are pretty good, as long as you do well and don't blow it.
