I have heard that it is difficult for expats to find high paying jobs in Thailand - with low hours.

I own a business that overcomes all these problems, but I am wondering if there a web site or a service to help me sell my e-commerce business to an expat in Thailand?

My online software business (FileRecover.com) and it is an ideal operation. I spend only 30 mins per day on answering questions from customers. It can be done via email, from anywhere in the world. Money is deposited into my offshore check account every day.

Would this be of interest to an expat? And, how can I sell this business to an expat in Thailand? Please advice.

Someone told me there is a website specialised in farangs in need of opportunities in thailand .... let me remember the name .... mmmmmmmmmmmmm

I think it's something like :

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php

Long time ago it was a directory for sellings ... not sure it exist again.

Is it a good joke?

How much do you sell it? Is it possible to see your certified accounting? Where your society is located legally?I mean where is head office?

Other question, but not to you directly, more for IndoSiam or Sunbelt, I would like to know the possibility to merge a foreigh company and a thai company and the result must be a THAI company (let say if I live in thailand, I prefer to pay my taxes in thailand too, I am not here to steal money from thai people/thai government as so many do).

I could be interrested to buy in the near future, IF there is really something to buy as I am also working on internet part I know well there 90% of bullshit and only 10 % of real.

Let me know by pm your price and where I can consult your book (certified books)

Regards
