New Entertainment Venue in Phuket Requires Operations Manager

New Dine and Show Entertainment Venue in Patong, Phuket is looking for a daytime operations manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar field for example nightclubs, shows, cabarets, themed restaurants or themed bars.

Duties will include

ADMINISTRATION AREA
• Assure to have the office kept clean, fully efficient and in good order
• Assure to have all store rooms clean in good order and all sorted material must be under inventory (daily basis)
• Assure that kitchen is deeply cleaned in daily basis
• Assure that the club is properly cleaned in daily basis (check cleaning team performances several time during day)
• Assure that club decorations are done before 18:00
• Make sure that buffets foods are ordered in due time and arrangements promptly and properly executed, when needed.
• Assure that maintenance contract are valid, updated and copy is available in the files (together with Technician).
• Assure that repairs are promptly done when needed following written and verbal procedures.
• Read all night logs and promptly act in case repairs are requested.
• Daily check water pump system
• Promptly act in case of maintenance/repairs of video/lights/sound systems are requested
• Assure that CCTV system is fully efficient
• Individuate and solve (when possible) IT – Network problems
• Assure that bottles check is done daily
• Check consumptions/drinks sales
• Have a daily "walk-through" with the maintenance team in order to verify the club status
• Act as problems solver once secretaries ask help for interact with the property
• Supervise alcohols orders
• Collect info’s regarding technical problems and promptly act for have Technician solve them.
• Check invoices before have them sent on payment


MARKETING AREA
• Check the stock quantity of merchandise for sale
• Coordinate merchandise stock-check & purchase-request
• Organize T-shirts orders
• Organize orders for graphic materials
• Keep and updated party/events names and calendar list
• Implement party/events list into company file sharing system

Position is open to Thai and Foreign Nationals. Thai applicants must demonstrate strong English written and verbal skills
