Unregulated medication is very dangerous. What happens if someone already took viagra and then, unknowingly took several cups of this drink? In the event of an erection that persists longer than 4 hours, the patient should seek immediate medical assistance. If priapism is not treated immediately, penile tissue damage and permanent loss of potency could result. There is nothing funny about treating priapism. I'm sure the police make this up as they go. I think that's just a problem with the translation. It's illegal to mix drugs in food and sell as food, in this case coffee. It makes no sense at all. How does he expect to recoup his costs? Even at wholesale prices, adding enough Viagra to be effective after one cup of coffee ain't going to be cheap.
