watcharacters
While working on the migration of two laptops both of which I've bugged by some drops of liquid on the trac pad I got to wondering if it would be feasible for Apple to make some water resistance available around the edge of the pad. In both cases I only had a few drops land on the pad but that's all it took. Would it be reasonable to hope for some future water protection built in? How resistant are PC's to water? TomTao
Sony makes notebook computers with water resistant keyboards, otherwise you could buy a keyboard protector, just a silicone cover that goes over the keyboard, available just about anywhere that sells computer accessories. Langsuan Man
Panasonic sells a line of laptops that are named Toughbook but I doubt that Apple will do anything about substance, they are more interested in form read about Toughbook here: http://panasonic.net/avc/pc/about/index.html#r=s
