But I'm not going to report the horrid aspects, but some very very good, contrary to most posts here.

1. Ordered some equipment on a Thai website, on a Monday, arrived Wednesday, and Tuesday was a Public Holiday

2. Sought help on the TOT helpline at 2 am, I had wiped out the config. on my modem. The Thai lady showed ten times more

patience than I have in going back and forth over my input errors.

I wanted to issue a paeon of praise to her managers but she found it unnecessary.

"fings ain't what they used to be" !!!
