K bank E-mail with Tax Forms attached ?
I went yesterday to the Kasikorn branch in Central Festival, Pattaya. I waited about 7 minutes for my queue number to be called. The young lady who called my queue number was very knowledgeable about the forms. As a Canadian, only the first form was required (not the two USA/IRS forms). She had the form on her computer. I gave her my Canadian SIN (social insurance number) and she printed out the completed form for me to sign. Took about 5 minutes with her. -

Well said. The ICC is best ignored. Why on earth my country, the UK, is choosing to grovel to it's diktats, or ever joined in the first place, is beyond me. Presumably something to do with the Blair/Cameron influence. -
