Is anybody aware of part-time courses for small business management? Preferably on a Sunday afternoon, teaching accounting, computer/internet skills.

Over the past few years the govt. has talked alot about SMEs, they have also done alot with 'e-govt'. So I was wondering if there was a course that would focus on these sort of things. Basic computer skills and how to use the internet to pay tax, bills and deal with govt. departments.

It's for the GF, so it'd have to be in Thai.
