I think I've seen these devices in some pharmacies. Probably not the cheapest place to buy one though.

You should check out strapless heart rate monitors like the Mio Sports SD. Much more convenient but you may have to order it.

I used to use one and was interested that it alarmed when I was tryng to make myself understood here.

i was interested on the nike fuel band, and sensors for my shoes. i tried smart phone apps , the wear out only your running pants. I went to ten shops. They looked at me as tomorrow would never come. Nike ? Shoes? Fuelband? Sensor? The shoes are great, by the way. Best I ever had.

What about Boots in Big C, Second Road (Dolphin rounabout end), or the big Fascino in Pattaya Nua.
