Small welding electrodes, where to find in BKK?

I'm looking for some small diameter welding electrodes for my stick welder.

The smallest I have been able to find is 2.6mm. I'm looking for 1.6mm or 2.0mm to weld at a low enough amperage that I don't take my apartment building offline and hack off all the neighbors. (Not really, but I do want to weld at low amps)

Any shops that definitively have the smaller electrodes? E6013, E7108 or some 308SST would be fine. Even a Chinese standard rod would be adequate.

I've tried a couple of Chinatown shops that advertise them on their websites, but they don't seem to actually carry them in stock.

I'm near Asoke, but anywhere on (or even near) a BTS or MRT line would be great.
