Klong Toey

Featured Replies

Hi

I will be doing some volunteer work in Klong Toey

and staying at the school.

I would like to swim every day if possible, maybe at a hotel or public

swimming pool close to Mercy Centre

Can anyone advise me of closest swimming pool to this area

Thanks in anticipation

Phil

The Merce Center is in the middle of the slums. You are unlikely to find the kind of things you are looking for in that community. Rents there are a mere 500 baht a month! I work down the street from there and drive past it everyday. I can use the pool at my work, so I am unsure what facilities are available in that area.

The capitol club in sukhumvit 24 ?

It's part of the president park hotel.

Lumpini Park has a pool.

Lumpini Park has a pool.

Edit: Sorry that I do not have details because I have never used it. But I assume it is public, and no more expensive than a hotel pool. Perhaps others members will see this & can provide details.
