I'm here on a retirement visa.

My next 90 day report is due 1/3/2014. I'm leaving for Myanmar for holiday 1/6.

I'm concerned that if I post my papers + original Notice that if there's any snag in returning the Notice to me, that I'll be w/o the Notice when I exit the country. Must I submit the 90 day or is there a few days wiggle room for me? Is my only alternative to feel totally safe to go to Immigration in person or can I take a copy of the Notice for my departure?

Thanx all

You should make your report the way you normally do. Not making it could cause problems when you make your report 90 days after your return.

Immigration on departure do not look for a 90 day report slip. Many people take them out before leaving.

You can mail it in 15 days early and you should get it back even though you really don't need it.as stated above.

My only concern was that I needed to present it upon my departure. If that's not the case, then it's no worries for me. Will proceed as normal.

Thanks
