Looking for a local (Chiang Mai) architect or architecture student who can convert my MS Visio floor plans into a 3-D software graphic. Simply wish to see what my plans look like from a 3-D perspective, and do not want to teach myself how to use the software. Is there any such service available here in Chiang Mai? Thanks.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
