kawaiimomo
I am a bit confused, not sure if I missed the 90 day report or not. My non B extension was valid until the past September 9th, and I was due to do the report somewhere around august but I left the country with a reentry permit and come back on July 25th (So I understand the 90 day report started to count from that day). I then renewed my work permit and applied for a new extension around mid August and was stamped the 1 month extension while the application was "under consideration" until September 12th. On that day the 1 year extension was stamped on my passport. It is my thinking that I must report 90 days since September 12th, which would be December 11th. Am I correct or wrong and I should be ready to hand over the fine?
ubonjoe
Only the first extension counts as a 90 day report. So you should be ready to pay the 2000 baht fine.
kawaiimomo
Urgh, thanks. Just for the record, given my chronology when was I supposed to go to report? 90 days after my reentry on July 25th, even if that felt outside the previous extension (which was valid until Sept 9th)? This is confusing :-(
TantrikLvr
Is the immigration office open today for 90 day reporting? Is there a phone number to check? Sent from my GT-I9500 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
ubonjoe
You should of reported 90 days after your entry in July. The report is for staying in the country for more than 90 days which you have done because you got a new extension. The date that your extension was ending has no effect on reporting.
