seasia
Great weather.....but what language is "Strueth" (know an area in Northern France called that....but ) It used to be used in England but seemed to mostly fade away, heard Aussies use it a fair bit. Maybe similar to "blimey", mostly used by Brits, have to admit to using that sometimes, not in an offensive way though, just as an expression of surprise. aveabeeror2
Now the weather has changed, I do believe it would be as good as a time as any to update the topic on that temp to set your aircon to. For those of u who cannot think for ourselves that was a most worthwhile post. Possible the best of the year.

uptheos
The cold weather recently has been surprising - AWESOME !!! I wish it was always like this, cool and no rain. It seems colder than this same time last year. My parrot fell off his perch this time last year, frozen solid he was found the next morning.....stiffer than morning glory Norwegian Blue? Maybe he's just pining for the fjords?

HeavyDrinker
It'll soon be April/May/June gents......back to 3-4K a month electric bills..... I was told to relish the cool weather a week or so ago as it wouldn't last but last night when I took the dog out for his nightly crunch and a grab a nightcap for myself down the prossies I was chilly to say the least. wym
The heating oil truck came by today. Filling our (very chilly/drafty 100+ year old) house's fuel tank - USD $1,450 Apparently two or three fillups before it starts to get warm. Priceless. . .
